Let cake be your canvas!

​In this 1.5-hour hands-on workshop, you’ll learn the basic techniques of painting with buttercream using a set of palette knives, paint brushes, and a palette of buttercream paint.

​Each participant will receive:

• ​A pre-iced vanilla cake ready to decorate.
• ​A “paint palette” of colored buttercreams.
• ​A personal set of palette knives to take home.
• ​Step-by-step instruction and live demonstration on creating textured designs using palette knife techniques.

​You’ll explore how to blend, layer, and sculpt buttercream to create a stunning impressionistic strawberry design. By the end of class, you’ll take home your fully decorated cake—along with your own set of palette knives to continue creating at home.
